Coronavirus(COVID-19)- Due to coronavirus(Covid-19), we've made changes to some of our policies, which may affect the services we provide including the time frame for shipping.
Shipping:
Currently, we only ship to the U.S.
We offer FREE Priority Standard 3-7 day shipping on all U.S. orders. Our express shipping is $22.95 and it takes 2-3 business days. All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Priority Standard 3-7 Day shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00pm EST to be processed and shipped the same day and you will receive a tracking number update through email shortly after, otherwise it will be processed the next business day.
But in the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day (Mon.-Fri.)

At this time we can only ship to one address per order. Your shipping address must match your billing address at the time of payment or your order will be cancelled.
Note: *SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS may take up to 10 business days to ship due to Covid-19 shipping delays as they are also only made by order.*
Return Policy:
The hair must be in its original condition and it cannot have been worn or opened. You can follow our return policy with the information below:
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 7 days from receipt of the package. Orders returned after 7 days will be sent back to the customer.
Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.
Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us!
We do not refund shipping charges.
For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final.
Returns must be preauthorized by Cresi Hair. Eligible product(s) for refunds must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags if attached, not brushed, combed, picked, cut, washed, removed from the weft or processed) and in original packaging. If product(s) has been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized for a refund. According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Returned items must be returned to Cresi Hair within 7 days from receipt of the package. Once we receive your package, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund process to complete. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly.

Returns are available to customers within 7 days of product delivery. In order to receive an refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be preauthorized by Cresi Hair.
- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
- Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If the listed conditions are not met, Cresi Hair LLC reserves the right to refuse an return.

3. LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package please:
- Check with neighbors and family members
- Look around the delivery location
- Check for notice of attempted delivery
- Contact the carrier directly who can assist further
Note: Cresi Hair Online monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). Cresi Hair Online reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
